All psychological and physical harassment faced by TIs can be countered by improving the capabilities of the body and mind through meditation, physical exercise, fasting, prayers, positive affirmations, lifestyle and mindset changes, non-reaction, service to others, helping other TIs, creative works and more.
I have discussed how these can be used to counter specific harassment like V2K, RNM, DEW, sleep deprivation, noise campaigns and gangstalking.
