I want to clear up some misinformation about the technology used against Targeted Individuals. In addition to gang-stalking, TIs are often targeted with human-tracking phased array radar that is used as a weapon. A very common platform for these radar weapons are aerostats (blimps on a cable). Data and electrical power go up/down the cable. The aerostats fly typically at 2-3 miles up where even on a clear day, they cannot be seen with the naked eye. The aerostat systems have large radar arrays of RF energy transmit/receive modules with total power in excess of 1 million watts. Radar/weapon range is more than 500 miles. These aerostats are all across the US.
There are also portable radio frequency (RF) directed energy weapons DEWs used on TIs that are often built into cars, trucks, and vans. RF energy easily passes through walls as does your cell phone RF energy. The RF DEWs/radar used to attack TIs often has "see through wall" targeting capability.
The only material that blocks RF energy is metal. The higher the RF power, the thicker the metal needs to be to block it. Most people are not engineers so they have no clue that these technologies have been around since the 1950s although the tech. advances as time goes on.
I am an engineer and I have survived daily 24/7 attacks for 20 years. Use metal to block the beam(s). This tech is highly classified by the US DoD. Hence they control the use of all of it. Any suggestion otherwise is disinformation. The DoD spends a ton of money to spread all manner of disinformation on social media and the web to keep everyone confused. TIs are not crazy at all and they have not done anything wrong. Targeting is pseudo-random, men, women, children, all ages and races.
