Everyone can proclaim that but i tell the truth and ask you to read on. It revolves around covert and subtle medical means utilised to manipulate the lifes of certain individuals. This is a very serious issue and the knowledge about it is seriously suppressed. The assumption to not trust me is a healthy state of mind. I will not ask you to buy certain drugs, operate on yourself with scalpels, tell medical staff about your harassment, or something of this manner. I will disclose effective jet simple solutions. You can even utilize them while walking in the street. Before i start i will shortly address some preliminary needed information. As a side-note, english is not my birth language, so i may excuse myself for possible errors.
The issue i will disclose may concern everyone who is not part of/in friendly terms with the secret world government. Many of you may already became targeted individuals of noticeable organized harassment/gang stalking. If you read this and do not experience noticeable organised harassment as of yet read on, it may very well concern you also. You may are a targeted person but the noticeable phase of harassment has not started yet. It is important to know that the organisations behind the harassment have targeted you way earlier than you may have thought. Generally this starts from birth on. People are not picked randomly for those programs to be put through, this is disinformation. I will not go into the reasons you were born a targeted person to keep this shorter. There is a phase which you could call a preparation phase in which the individual is checked for everything useful in harassment such as personality traits, medical data, what stimuli can be used later on, and so forth. The medical manipulation is normally unnoticeable and begins normally at a quite young age.
I will now begin to address the mentioned issue aswell as effective yet simple solutions in detail. If someone would read an isolated sentence without further explanation proclaiming that the manipulation of the breathing system of the body is actually a common practice used against targeted individuals and how this could be unnoticeable yet have such a profound impact on health and functionality especially if someone didn‘t notice anything bad with their ability to breathe as of late, i can imagine that the reader would be perplexed. First lets address how the breathing system is manipulated so that normally it goes unnoticed yet has a strong impact on health and general functionality. First, the manipulation occurs over the course of years and is increased slowly until a certain level is achieved. The person was most likely manipulated in their early years meaning the person grew up with a manipulated breathing system and therefore doesn‘t actually know how it is to have a normally functioning breathing system. Maybe they are always tired, stressed out, experience sexual disfunctions, or something in this fashion but besides that their state of being appears normal and as usual to them. There is no way any suspicions would arise about a carefully engineered manipulation of the breathing system. The usually implemented method of gradual and slow manipulation means that there are no sudden changes in bodily and mental function that could be noticed as abnormal. There may be in some instances surgeries of the face and/or mouth cavity which are designed to get the same results. This will then of course cause more sudden changes, but still they do not appear as symptoms overnight nor is it really possible for the person to link back such symptoms (which i will go into later on) to facial surgery and/or surgery of the mouth cavity. The manipulation also does not cause noticeable medical issues which would obviously link back to a manipulated breathing system nor does it cause chronic pain or something of this manner. It has a profound impact on general health in subtle ways because the means by which breathing system is manipulated impair the nervous system in its normal function (and thereby the overall functionality of the body) and ability to cope with stress factors. I will later go into details how the nerous system ties to the breathing system aswell as arising complications from the subtle tampering. The manipulation revolves around slowly tightening the airways in various locations using one or several means (i will address the means later).
In general, stress is known to reduce health and strong exposure to stress can seriously damage or even kill a person in the long run. This becomes paramount in the situation of being harassed by organised groups and at the same tima having an impaired nervous system. A strong redflag is when you got any dental work done to you, especially braces (not everyone getting braces is also a manipulated person. Braces can actually be utilized to steer the teeth into healthy directions. Refrain from talking to people on account of their braces and from trying to convince them of covert harassent done to them. If you still got braces and if you are concerned about being manipulated do not do hasty decisions. If you want them removed make up legitimate reasons. If they aren‘t removed on any account also do not become anxious about it. Never mention the real reasons you want them removed. As already mentioned, i will provide solutions that are effective and stealthy for countering and undoing the manipulation). If you didn‘t get braces it is still possible that you had this done to you, may only in a lesser scale. There are several ways on how to restrict the airflow slowly over the course of time until a certain degree is achieved. The nose, mouth cavity, and the throat region aswell as the relating bone and tissue structures play a major role in how this subtle alteration is achieved. It is most important to understand that one can alter the shape of the skull and of bones in general by different means. There is a medical science called bone setting which revolves around subtle changes in the position and form of the bone structures to achieve medical changes. The human skull is a complex strucure made of several bones which are joined together. The bone plates of the skull are fused together, yet only to a degree that still allows subtle movements. The teeth play the chief role in the matters here concerned. One must unterstand that the teeth are firmly placed into the bone structure of the lower and upper jaws by their roots. As a person grows up the facial structure also changes over time. This is the prime period of time to alter these structures into very unnatural positions (the teeth after years of wearing braces may even look beautiful when grinning, but only because they are all in the same position which is unfortunately a position choosen to cause a host of problems). If the teeth are hold into unnaturally tight positions as the person is still growing one can begin see how the complex bone structure of the face (which is also a somewhat fragile bone structure) may also become unnaturally formed in subtle ways. One will not notice outer disfiguration in the face. First, the alterations do not make for strong visual changes in the outer appearance, the alteration of bone position is by millimetres. Second, no one knows how the person would have looked if the alterations were not done. The teeth actually extend right unter the nose by their roots, which makes it easy to alter the shape of bone sructure surrounding the nose by altering the shape of how the upper teeth grow. When the surrounding bone structure of the nose and the bone structure of the nose itself are altered into tighter formations, the cartilaginous mass of the nose also moves with those structures into tighter positions. Another big factor is how the lower jaw will be forced into an unnaturally backwards position, thereby pressing with the tissues pertaining to it against the airways in the region of the throat.
I will from now on continue with two major sections, first i will provide detailed information on the subject of how problems arise from the manipulation an restriction of the airways, especially in accordance with later exposure to prolonged periods of unnatural stress such as being exposed to organised harassment.
Afterwards, i will explain in detail the various methods commonly utilised for manipulating the breathing system, how to check yourself for red-flag signs, and efficient methods of achieving betterment and undoing the unnatural alteration.
What happens when the airflow is chronically restricted to a degree that still allows breathing but forces the muscles of the breathing system in the region of the belly, solar plexus and rib cage/lungs to use more force than naturally needed, is that it will lead to a certain degree of tenseness by constant overstimulation of those muscles, aswell as to the recompensation for overstimulation naturally observed in muscle tissue, that is the muscles will rebuild themselves into stronger and larger muscles. The serious problem with this is that the muscles whose tone is more tensed up and harder than normal will constantly press onto the nervous system structures in their proximity all the time not only by their more tensed state but also by the fact that they expand more than usual at all times. This is especially the case with the solar plexus as this nerve center is also surrounded by bone structure such as the sternum and adjoining rib cage which are starry in their positions and made of hard materials. This even furthers the abnormal pressure experienced onto these nerves Someone doing sprinting or other sports calling for strong lungs so to speak will also have a more developed muscle structure of the breathing system but he only utilizes it to above average stimulation in isolated instances with plenty rest in between. Therefore this person probably has no issues with too tensed up muscle tone and also no problem of constant overstimulation.
Nervous system structures especially concerned which i mention here are the solar plexus aswell as the vagus nerve. It suffices to mention only two major nerve structures here, because the principles at work and the concepts to be understood can also be fully explained using only two examples. The vagus nerve extents up along the torso. It‘s importance is not really publically disclosed to the full extend. It is a major nerve pathway of brain-body communication and strongly relates to the subconscious mind. The solar plexus is a major highway of nerve bundles located directly under the sternum and also relates to the subconscious mind (strongly to emotions such as anger as for example). Both are fundamental nervous structures and vital to life and functionality.
When those vital nerve centers aswell as more minor (but still important) nerve structures are constantly pressurized in such an unnatural fashion by their surroundings, they become diminished in their ability to function, which leads to a diminished ability to cope with all kinds of stresses and overall decrase of being able to function as a human being. It therefore leads to an increase of experienced stress even when external surroundings remain the same. Such a person may even experience more pronounced or even constant tiredness/fogginess, a generally more tensed up state of being (which can even reduce motoric abilities and make the person more clumsy) and less drive in general. The mind has the ability to shut out chronic stress. This is a natural procedure. You may have stored up stress from years of unhealthy relationships, or something of this manner. This can be consciously worked on and relieved by several means which i will not address here. Such stress factors and beleif structures which are unhealthy and continue influencing the person subconsciously in negative ways as long as they aren‘t properly dealt with, are now both more easily produced and procured aswell as harder to retrieve and release. This condition of a constantly handicapped nervous system in itself is unhealthy and can lead so serious medical issues in the long run. If such a person is now exposed to years of organised stress campaigns to expose the person to unnatural, structured stress tactics to condition and sensitize the mind of the target to various malicious stimuli, it is easy to see how this combination results in a critical condition of the targeted person. Over time this will wear them down drastically. It is of paramount importance to undo the manipulation of the breathing system and thereby of the nervous system to restore living quality and health. If stress and negative thought patterns (especially in the case of a manipulated breathing system and the exposure to unnatural organised harassment) are taken in on a constant basis without proper release they will accululate over time leading to a more and more neurotic, disbalanced and weary condition. This increasingly makes the person more vulnerable to new influxes of stress factors. As time continues, the condition gets worse and worse. This can ultimately break the person down or even kill them.
Manipulation by braces and/or surgery
When getting surgery of the mouth cavity and/or facial surgery, the same malicious goals are to be achieved as with slower, more steadily manipulation such as getting braces. Therefore i will stick to describing the process of slow and steady alteration by having to wear braces as the fundamentals and effects of both methods are the same, the difference only being in the timespan and may subtleness as already mentioned.
When getting slow dental manipulation over the years, the position of the teeth are altered to achieve the following:
1. Altering the bone sand cartilaginous structure of the nose aswell as surrounding bone structures of the nose
2. Making the mouth cavity unnaturally small and tight
3. To alter the position of the lower jaw
1. Altering the bone and cartilaginous structure of the nose aswell as surrounding bone structures of the nose
The teeth of the upper jaw, especialy the frontal teeth are altered in position to be unnaturally backwards and in unnaturally tight formation. By doing this, the bone structures under and around the nose and to some degree of the nose itself are also altered in position, as the upper teeth (mostly the upper frontal teeth) reach almost directly under the nose with their roots. If they are forced into unnnatural positions this will also force the somewhat fragile and flexible bone structures into different positions and arrangements than they would normally grow into. The cartilaginous part of the nose will move alongside the altered bone structures, which means a generally inward direction, thereby making the airways on the inside of the nose unnaturally tight.
2. Making the mouth cavity unnaturally small and tight
The reason for making the mouth cavity unnaturally small and tight is that the tongue itself is a muscle sructure that extends downward to the approximate region of the throat and its surrounding tissues. The tongue and the tissues it connects to and goes over into are in close approximity of the airways. What happens when the tongue develops naturally but the room in which it normally rests becomes unnaturally small is that the whole muscle structure of the tongue is pressurized sideways and also from the direction of the frontal teeth, pushing it more backwards into the throat. The tongue does not simply grow smaller in accordance with the smaller mouth cavity as it is a flexible muscle structure. The upper teeth are especially worked on to make their formation smaller and tighter. When the unnaturally tight and small mouth cavity is closed the tongue will rest with its upper side against the ceiling of the mouth cavity. Adding to this the unnaturally tight upper teeth will force it into a more rounded position. It is quite easy to roll the tongue into a tube-like appearance, but this only goes one way (upwards). The problem is that the tongue is rounded up downwards (towards the direction of the lower jaw) by the unnaturally tight upper teeth when the mouth is closed. This position is unnatural for the anatomy of the tongue and leads to profound strain and tension in the tissues of the tongue. The set of teeth in the lower jaw are also too tight for the tongue to rest properly. But the set of teeth on the upper jaw are especially tightened.
When the tongue is unnaturally tensed up by being pressurized constantly from the walls of the teeth to all its sides aswell as being forced into an unnatural rounded up (downwards) position, it naturally becomes a tensed up muscle. The same principle applies when someone sits on a bad chair all day. His back muscles will tense up and a remedy can be found is a good massage to soften the tissues up again. There may even be some abnormal muscular development from the constant over-stimulation leading to thicker muscle structure of the whole tongue and thereby worsening the problem as the space becomes even smaller. The problem is no one would ever come behind the idea that the own tongue is in such a condition cronically, especially when it was manufactured subtly and slowly begining at a young age. In addition of the unnatural tension the tongue receives from the sideway pressures, the frontal teeth which are unnaturally far back will push it further downward into the throat region. The tensed up state of the tongue actually extends all the way down to the place where the tongue connects and goes over into the tissues in the approximate region of the larynx. This tension may also influence to a degree the tissues to which the tongue connects and goes over into. By this unnatural and permanent tension the airways become more restricted which are in close proximity.
3. Altering the position of the lower jaw
The position of the lower jaw is altered by forcing the upper frontal teeth into an unnaturally tight and backwards position. By this the lower jaw has to draw backwards gradually to meet the lower frontal teeth with the upper frontal teeth in a position that still enables chewing. This is furthered by altering teeth position in general such that an overbite develops or at least a tendency towards it. This means that chewing in an overbite position becomes practically impossible, and chewing in an overbite position becomes the most pleasant way to chew. Therefore the lower jaw is even further pushed backwards as the person readjusts to the most comfortable chewing and resting position for their teeth, which was steered into the direction of an underbte or even an outright overbite.
Forcing the lower jaw into an unnaturally backwards position will pressurize the airways on the approximate height of the throat even further by pressing the tissues of the lower jaw (the tongue rests on top of them as an indicator) against the region of the throat.
Manipulation by development of allergies and diseases
There is also done tightening of the airways by altering the immune system of the target and therefore developing allergies. Allergies can be developed which are not easily noticeable as they do not flare up with very strong symptoms such as an allergic shock or something of this kind. One favorite would be household dust. The person is exposed to it quite constantly, meaning there are no perceived abnormalities in living, and it goes nicely with targeting the airways as household dust is suspended in the air. It makes for more closed up airways on a constant basis, which is ideal from the perspective of the perpetrators. The person may very well be unaware of the fact that they suffer from such allergies. Asthma and hayfewer are also common. Air-borne particles in general such as plant pollen are to be considered. There may also be food allergies to common foods which are not strongly developed but make for somewhat more swollen throats.
How to detect possible tampering with your breathing system
First, i have to say that if someone was tampered with to develop several allergies (which might be unknown to the person actually) that this may reduce the immediate appearance of tell-tale signs by using techniques i‘m about to disclose. If the airways are mechanically freed, but still swollen up by allergies, asthma, and so forth, it can very well be that the perceived betterment in breathing is reduced or even barely noticeable in more severe cases or in cases where little mechanical manipulation was done and more work was done by facilitating allergies or diseases such as asthma. Therefore do not dismiss the possbility of having a manipulated breating system just because you wont notice immediate betterment by using the mechanical techniques im about to describe. In most instances these techniques should result in betterment almost immediately (it may take a little while). Those techniques now described are only for detecting manipulation. The means for long-term betterment i will describe afterwards. As i mentioned at the beginning, there may be a small but helpful medical procedure which doesn‘t raise any suspictions. This is an allergic test and/or test for disorders of the breathing system such as asthma. Those tests are done by millions of people and don‘t raise any suspicions at all. It effectively shows to what kinds of common air-borne particles or foods you may be allergic to (request allergic tests for air-borne things such as household dust and plant pollen, aswell as common foods, food ingredients, and things commonly added to food) or from what diseases of the breathing system you suffer. This will effectively detect tampering with the breathing system (especially the airways) done by alergies and diseases.
Now let‘s get into the mechanical techniques of detecting manipulation. Make sure your nose is not clogged up with snot. You can do this technique without buying anything, but buying nasal dilators will make it way more effective in showing results. They are inexpensive and easy to acquire. I will describe them and their usage in detail later on. The nasal dilators should produce a noticeable stretching sensation (at first at least) or they might be too small. In some cases where the nasal walls were manipulated to be very tight, it is actually needed to have nasal dilators so that betterment can be perceived. The airways are mechanically restricted in two locations, one being the nose and the other being the airways in the location of the throat. Working with tongue and lower jaw will negate the mechanical restriction of the airways in the region of the throat. If the nose is still unnaturally tight (most commonly both locations are manipulated), better results will show up if you insert nasal dilators into the nose.
You need to push your lower jaw forward (not too much force or you risk a jaw lock!). While doing this, open your mouth a little (the lips must still be fully closed or it would alter the air intake and therefore falsefy the signs!) so that the tongue has space to rest on the molars to its side and to stick out until it touches the inner walls of the lips. The tongue should not be compressed from any side by the teeth. It should only touch the teeth, no uncomfortable pressure whatsoever. Hold this for a while (it may become a little uncomfortable but nothing too bad) while breathing as usual. You should soon if not immediately notice how it becomes easier to breathe in, especially if you use nasal dilators. You may even begin to feel sensations in the region of your tongue, throat and solar plexus. The tongue and throat regions would be the muscles and tissues relaxing as the tongue is able to unfold into its normal shape without being constantly and unnaturally pressurized, aswell as the jaw being moved into a more natural forward position lessening the pressure against the tissues and airways. The solar plexus sensations you may notice result from the nervous system being allievated from the unnatural pressure onto those nerve regions. You normally notice it in the region of the solar plexus first as this is commonly the most pressurized region by this kind of manipulation.
Nasal dilators by themself can also in many cases show almost immediate betterment. They should produce a oticeable stretching sensation or they might be too small.
How to reverse and undo the manipulation
Before proceeding to utilize hese techniques i must address to you that by doing this the nervous system becomes released of profound and unnatural pressures, which results in the appearance of symptoms that are good to be observed but unpleasant. I will describe these symptoms after describing the techniques. It is a must read as they pertain so closely to the healing process.
Two good examples of working nasal dilators are (every person is a bit different so i advice to experiment with different shapes and materials for the best result. If you are short on money get the two i described as they very likely work well):
one type is made from plastic and consists of several flexible plastic rings joined together with vertical plastic lines into two cones which are joined together with a flexible plastic half-circle at the bottom of each cone. The bottom consists of the broadest ring.
The other typeis a barrel-shaped one made from silicone/rubber and conists of two barrel-shaped, single piece silicone pieces which are joined together at the bottom with a silicone half-circle. There is no broader bottom or top.
For extra stretch when already utilising the largest dilator available, you may insert a plastic-cone type dilator into a silicone/rubber-barrel type one for extra thickness. This surprisingly may even result in less free breath, but gives the nose cartilaginous tissue of the nose a strong stretch which is desired. You may wear such a combination from time to time. Do not do it for too long at once (at least at first), as the breath shouldn‘t be restricted too long if this is the case with you wearing such a combination. If you already widened the nasal walls noticeably and the breathing became better overall and you already experienced quite some healing and allievation ingeneral you can wear them for longer periods of time increasing effectivenes sof stretching noticeably. In the long run this will give you evenwider nasal walls which leads to even better breathing. Be aware that this can result in the sudden appearance of symptoms later described (as i already mentioned) as the stretching is quite strong. This may lead to pronounced uncomfortableness and you may stop at some point because of this. Learn to feel what is best for you and at what point to stop.
If pushed up far enough nasal dilators may hit a certain ring -like structure inside of the nose (it is a natural tightening of the nasal walls at a certain point. However, it got unnaturally tight by manipulation so stretching this is necessary. Cone shaped dilators are a must for this, because when the dilators pass entirely behind the ring-like structure inside of the nose they may get stuck. The cone-shape with increasing circumfence at the bottom of the dilator makes it harder for the dilator to pass entirely the ring-like structure. Best are the ones made from plastic, consisting out of several single rings connected by vertical plastic lines. This gives them an extra grip inside of the nose, especially at the ring-like structure inside the nose. You still need to be aware of them not travelling up further, as they may get up too far as to reach them yourself or worse. Dont worry as long as they are only stuck right behind the ring-like structure. You can still easily reach them with a toothpick or something similar to pull them back behind the ring-like structure. Ideally they should excert pressure against the ring-like structure being half-way inserted into it and hold in place somewhat firmly. This will widen the ring-like structure over time. Dont use force until it begins to hurt. If the ring-like structures cannot be penetrated, wait and stretch the lower cartilaginous mass of the nose with increasingly bigger dilators. Also push them against the ring-like structure at times. Over time the ring-like structures will stretch a bit by this themself. You may be able to penetrate them with smaller cone-shaped dilators at a certain point in time. Usually the half-circle which connects the two dilators has to be cut off cleanly in order to be able to push them far enough in to reach this ring-like structure. Sharp edges that may exist on plastic dilators may be rounded up a bit which makes it more pleasant to wear them, especially when inserted into the ring-like structure.
Dilators must be worn long-term (ideally with increasing sizes) as the achieved permanent widening of the nasal walls may become reversed to a degree if the dilators are taken out permanently. Some of the gains in circumfence become cemented over time, and remain permanent. The more stretching was done, the better the results.
Sometimes snot becomes accumulated when wearing nasal dilators, so occasionally one should take the nasal dilators out for a short period of time and may also clear the nose.
It is advised to buy several pieces and store them in several secure places, as they actually tend to become lost very easily. Several different places prevent you from being separated from your dilators through several circumstances (maybe the harassers will put you into prison at some time in your life with false charges or something of this matter. Such places then would be your wallet, a small box at home, in a closable pocket when you go out, and so forth. Store several of them at each individual place, and optimally several different types. You can always easily explain them as needed for being able to breath better as you suffer from nasal walls that are too tight. This is a legitimate medical reason which makes it hard for anyone trying to get them out of your reach. It is advised not to show them around if not needed or to talk about them. They are also commonly deployed against snoring during sleep actually.
Repositioning of the lower jaw and tongue
As already mentioned one can push the lower jaw foward and open the mouth far enough to let the tongue stick out a little bit beyond the frontl teeth. This becomes somewhat umconfortable and therefore one needs to adjust to it in steps. Push the lower jaw a little forward aswell as the tongue. When it is not noticed too much anymore by you in daily conduct go a little further. This is quite a tenuous condition so you must be aware of the jaw not getting back into its default unnaturally far back. At first it may be a bit annoying but you will become accustomed to it and begin to do it automatically. To roll the tongue up into a tube-like form (the side walls of the tongue go upwards and may even touch each other) in the upward direction actually is a technique by itself as it reverses the unnatural direction of downward bending into which the tongue was forced all the time. This in itself gives allievation. You can combine this with the conscious forwarding of the lower jaw in daily conduct, You may switch between letting your tongue resting in the more open space as described earlier here in this section and rolling it up into a tube-like form towards the top of the mouth cavity. After long-term readjustment of the jaw it may remain by itself in a more forward position. You therefore may begin to feel more tension in the jaw while chewing as you need to push it back more into the unnatural position the teeth were altered into (in which they also are able to chew properly). This is not problematic at all as chewing doesn‘t consume much time of the day.
Try to learn to sleep in positions that allow easier placement of the jaw into a forward direction during sleep (albeit its not really possible as with consciously doing it during daily conduct, it still gives some relief. Having the head face the ceiling makes it the hardest if not impossible. Sleeping on your stomach is also contraproductive as this will pressurize your solar plexus and breathing system in general. Sleep as comfortably as possible for your breathing system and the overall body position.
Working against allergies and dieseases
This is way harder than using mechanical devices such as dilators to stretch the nose. But there can be betterment achieved. Allergies and dieseases such as asthma revolve around an altered and weakened immune system. A simple way of boosting this is t change the diet. It is advised here to eat as healthy as possible. Don‘t be deterred by the lies that red meat, eggs, milk, and so forth are unhealthy. Those are very nutrient dense foods. On the other hand you may very well want to visit nature as to become more robust and healthy in a natural way as long as allergic factors such as certain plants are avoided. Becoming less stressed over time which is also resulting from the mechanical alievation of tightness of the airways and therefore alievation of pressures onto the nervous system may also show betterment in allergies as the body becomes more vital and robust. Actually, it could be that you developed some allergies by the fact that your bdy got weakened over time by the mechanical manipualtion itself. Symptoms of alievation and healing process
As a prenote, if some symptoms become too strong at times you may want to gibe it a rest and take out the nasal dilators and let the jaw rest in a more backwards position. This is acutally neded at times normally. Gradual proess over time is where its at.

Generally the good kind of pain resulting from healing is accompanied by (one or several of the following) negative emotions, anxiety, tiredness, (slight) spasms, feelings of negative energy (going through the body). To mention emotions and thought patterns again in more detail, there can be periods of (even profound) anger, anxiety or other negative feelings. This is the result of a nervous system becoming more open and therefore a mind becoming less tense and better able to communicate and work with its own subconsciousness (and thereby more able to function). This is wanted and you should not worry about your unusually grumpy state or your periods of pronounced anxiety. This is normal and you want this to happen as the negative crap is released and worked on.

If you are a christian, you very likely got some form of psychological programming (by the secret word government. I am not going into christianity too much here but real christians are acutally an enemy group to this world government) to alter your thinking and perception of god. Without addressing it too deep here, in general christians think too strict in terms of their god (such as neurotically not wanting to get angry as this is a sinful thing. Wich is not true in itself, even paulus called these evildoers dogs who only do evil. Jesus also referred to them more or less indirectly as dogs as he was speaking with a woman who wanted healing. She said even the dogs get to eat the crumps that fall from the table. He said you have spoken well woman, and healing was received. It is not good and therefore sinful to get carried away by anger consequently do things that are overally harmful. Also, it would be detrimental to develop patterns of strong anger over the course of time. Just observe yourself. Such patterns do not appear overnight so dont be too worried if oure angry for a few days this is not hat i mean. Just don‘t condition yourself into unhealthy patterns of anger (as already mentioned it doesn‘t happen overnight, i just restate it because christians tend to be very worried about their own behaviour especially anger because of their previous conditioning). If someone was tampered with for years on purpose and is now releasing his anger, this is a whole different story. Even if you get very pissed at your perpetrators and think strong words about them willingly, do not be worried you are a person tampered with and persecuted by an evil collective. The last one to blame should normally be you. I mention this because doubts if this is a good thing, especially in christians with strong conditioning to neurotic and repressive patterns will lead to the subconscious mind becoming somewhat biased with the releasement of this mental waste material which really needs to come out. As a result the mind gets more tensed up, hindereing healing process to some degree. You must teach your subconsciousness gradually that it is ok to do so, depending on how much hazardous conditioning you received by environment.
